Five Loaves and Two Fishes.

Recently I bought a CD, titled "Beautiful Seed" by Corrinne May. In case you are unaware, Corrinne May is a Singaporean singer/song-writer based in the US who is making critics all over the world sit up with her gentle, soulful voice.

She's also Catholic and unafraid to sing about her faith. This particular song, Five Loaves and Two Fishes, caught my attention. The lyrics tell a story and behind the story lies a message that no matter who you, how small your gift to God might be, God will use it to feed His people.

Enjoy.

EDIT:
I figured out the chords to this wonderful song as I couldn't find it anywhere, so you can offer up your five loaves and four fishes to God in the form of a song!

Five Loaves and Four Fishes
by Corrinne May

C G
A little boy of thirteen was on his way to school

He heard a crowd of people laughing and he went to take a look
C G
Thousands were listening to the stories of one man
Am F
He spoke with such wisdom, even the kids could understand

The hours passed so quickly, the day turned to night
Fm G
Everyone was hungry but there was no food in sight

The boy looked in his lunchbox at the little that he had

He wasn't sure what good it'd do, there were thousands to be fed

Am F

Oh Lord, you can work miracles

All that you need is my "Amen"
